Eduardo Soares is currently a 3rd year Ph.D. student at Lancaster University, where he is funded by Ford (Palo Alto – USA) to work on the project “Transparent Deep Learning Classifier of Driving Scenarios able to Identify and Learn from Unseen Situations ” under the supervision of Prof. Plamen Angelov.
He will be joining the “TAS-S: Trustworthy Autonomous Systems Node in Security” project on 1 October as a Research Associate under the supervision of Prof. Neeraj Suri. His research interests include: Explainable AI, explainable deep learnings, weak supervision, and novelty detection.
